Tteokbokki doesnt store very well. But you can freeze it in a zip lock bag or an airtight container! When you heat it up, do it on the stove and add extra water. Cover& boil. I wouldnt keep this in the freezer for more than a week
The former is fine, the latter you might have issues with, although depending on how dehydrated they are. It should be okay (even fresh tteok is fine at room temp for a day or two) but for best practice you should store them in the freezer, not the fridge, as the fridge will rapidly dry the tteok.
